
Let me say up front, I am not a "fluffy" trainer. I
have a 100%
success record with my clients. I need total
commitment from you
before I will take you on as a client. This may
sound harsh, but, I
am very serious about what I do. I have boxes of
letters from
clients whose lives have been forever changed by
this process. It
isn't easy and you will work very hard. You will
sweat and you will
be sore. I will challenge and motivate you to
fulfill your
commitment. You will FEEL the changes ever step of
the way.
I am a functional trainer. My goal for my clients is
for them to
move better and feel better inside and out. I
promote lifestyle
transformation for the long term, there are no short
term fixes. My
clients are given tools to apply in their every day
living, from
lifting heavy objects correctly, to the hows and
whys of nutritional
balance.
Training sessions are customized to each client
specifically. No two sessions will ever be the same,
this keeps your
mind and body interested and challenged. The first
week of the
month, I will assess your progress through
measurements and body fat,
to determine the direction of program. I will write
"homework" for
you and will hold you accountable for commitment to
yourself, away
from your trainer. Together we will assess and
determine what you
eat, what works and what doesn't. We will strategize
a nutrition
plan that works for your lifestyle and supports your
goals for weight
loss and then weight maintenance.
I have been a fitness professional for more than 9
years. I will
incorporate my training in Martial Arts, Boxing and
Yoga into
sessions. Mixing it up makes it fun! Fun keeps you
coming, that
consistency keeps you on the path. The results
happen when it all
comes together, change happens in every area of your
life!
